It's September 10th motherfuckers, where the heck are these Hella-Mega dates?
Ugh 20 Monroe. Still not gonna miss this though. They haven’t been to West Michigan in 6 years.
PLEASE WELCOME FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER! THE Forever Emo Tour! This fall we will be performing emo cover songs that we all love. There has been a lot of effort put into learning how to perform these songs well. We’re gonna play them loud and with heart and passion. Come sing along.
Can’t believe Mayday Parade is doing an emo covers tour
Truly the darkest timeline.
whatever pays the bills nowadays, i guess.

kinda wanna go even though Im not in love with any of them but i do like quite a few songs from each.
Mayday should be doing an Anywhere But Here tour instead of just 5 shows and an emo band cover tour
Original Bauhaus lineup to reunite for first time in 13 years
i agree i rather have the anywhere but here tour in CT, then the emo tour
This Mayday thing is the funniest thing I've ever heard who green lit this
I submitted my band to open the Denver date on the Mayday Parade tour and the promoter got back to me saying that the openers on this tour are all local emo night DJs.
Homesafe/Kayak Jones/Young Culture tour probably announcing tomorrow
I have spotify and can curate a decent playlist, maybe I should hit the promoter up.
The reasoning was that there is less equipment on stage and it's really popular right now. I'm sure it's also cheaper to ask someone to plug in their computer than it is to pay a support band. I don't really see how this is any different than the house music in between bands, but ok.
what does this mean? like MCR emo? or SDRE? i think i know the answer but this is really pathetic. emo nite was a mistake
It means MCR emo and who cares? Emo night is fun as hell and no one who is going to a fucking Mayday Parade show is going to hear SDRE.
That being said, I’d love to go to an emo night like that sometime.
i mean. i'd prefer to go to a mayday parade show to hear mayday parade if i were into them, but that's just me. but $$$ is king after all.
i was being a little facetious because yeah there's no way but it seems less pathetic to pay tribute to your forebearers than covering your more successful peers in order to corner that nostalgia market vs playing your actual music
