To be able to add 2 more shows like that, they kinda had to have holds on the dates already. It was very expected

That's what I figured. Their caption made it sound like they weren't expecting them to sellout

I kinda wish they had announced the weekend dates first so I wouldn’t have had to request a day off work but I’m just glad I got a ticket to the Wednesday show. It should be a hell of a show.

Just a marketing trick. By feigning surprise they can make it seem like they’re adding these extra shows “for the fans” and not that a 4 night run was the plan the entire time.

I think this is the first time I've ever seen Coos Bay as a stop from a touring band. I'm not even sure if they have that much of a scene down there? I guess I could see people plan a beach trip around the show though.

There was one other tour that went through there recently, Kurt Travis I think. Can’t imagine there being much of a turnout, I have family in Coos Bay and there’s really not anything special there. One cool local math rock band but I can’t remember their name

Edit: While I See Sound is their name, and it was the Royal Coda/Kurt Travis tour that went through Coos Bay

2 dates for Dashboard Confessional popped up for me on Bandsintown, both in Chicago at HOB. They are February 28th and 29th. Hopefully they are playing some of their albums front to back.

Possible The Black Dahlia Murder / Carnifex tour spring next year? Someone made a comment on a Carnifex Instagram post saying they should do a co-headline with TBDM and Scott replied "We have something awesome planned for the spring :fire:"

To anyone that's been to the Paris Theater since it started hosting shows and stopped being a porn theater. How's the venue? Is there any seating? Reentry?
