Wonder if this will be the last tour in the Shapeshifter cycle

Sweet hard to give a guess when new material will come but I hope it'll be by the end of the year

Halsey & Yungblud did a song together (featuring Travis from blink-182) and apparently they've worked on some other music together, so I'm kind of expecting a Halsey/Yungblud tour.

 

I'm hoping late summer & that we'll get a new single with this tour

 

Anyone know if Tiny Moving Parts are doing another A headliner on this album cycle?

TMP’s summer tour is support, have a feeling it’s gonna be the last for the Swell cycle.

Weird, it seems like Hunny are way bigger than Citizen and KP at this point

 

Never heard of them before this, then I checked out their Spotify and you're right 800,000

 

Idk if they do well on the charts/radio, but Hunny only have 26.7k. That means if you subtracted Citizen's 92.8k from KP's 122k, you'd still have more than Hunny.

Ik this isn't scientific, but on first glance it seems like a good way of diversifying and getting hardcore Hunny fans out to sell larger rooms.

EDIT: Also most of Hunny's music videos and youtube audios are below 100k, while Knuckle Puck has a lot over 500k and some in the millions. If I had to guess I'd say their high streaming numbers can be attributed to the fact they can get on crossover playlists to less obsessive indie fans, unlike us overly devoted scene kids on this forum (idc if you're a 40 y/o indie dude, if you're on this forum you're an fangirl/boy who knows way too much inside baseball)

 

Wish that Seaway tour was coming closer to me than Jacksonville.. just so I could see Heart Attack Man. I love them.

 

I’ve been noticing that Clutch and Fu Manchu are playing a few festivals together this summer. If a Clutch/Fu Manchu Tour happens this summer, that’d be rad

Eric said they'll be doing a lot of touring for Fake Blood so hopefully they'll play closer to you later this year!

 

Indie bands have a lot of appeal to a general audience but they aren't always able to pull crowds to shows. A few of my friends have seen HUNNY recently and they were playing to smaller crowds than KP & Ciz normally play to

Not a tour but Jimmy Eat World is doing a surpise show tonight in Phoenix. At a small venue of 300ish to mark the 25th anniversary of their first ever show!

 

I really wish Art and Mark McGrath were on the same page still for Sugar Ray to have been a part of this tour.
