Of the shows you listed here's my thoughts:
-The Attila tour I would say is a good choice for the bill it presents. I liked Attila when I saw them just because of how absurd it seemed. Chelsea Grin was underwhelming for my expectations but I liked them. Emmure is a top quality live act no matter what you think about their studio material, they bring it.
-Not too huge on HLH or OLN (I like what I've heard from HLH just need a humongous fan). TCM was quite good from what I remember though at Warped. I may go to this show in Decemember if nothing else is coming through my area.
-Don't know too much about Emarosa or Anabor so no opinion there.
-TDEP is something I would go to if the venue wasn't 21+ (forever saddened about being 20 at this point in time). It's their last tour too and from videos I've seen they are insane live.
-I've never seen Carcass or Deafheaven so no opinion.
-CTE and Blessthefall tour is something I'd go to if it came to my area and nothing else was really coming around.
-Not too much of an opinion on Napalm Death or Power Trip, but TBDM earned a spot in the 3 acts I had the thought of "holy shit this may be the end of me" and I mean that in the best way possible lol. Super intense.
So I'd say in order of what I'd do: TDEP, Attila, TBDM/Napalm Death.

Underoath said that Riot Fest will be their last show of the year but that they will be back in Chicago early 2017.

Very good choice! Was bummed that one didn't come around to my area. Only ever seen Attila at Warped, and its been like a year and half since I last saw Emmure.

Red Hot Chili Peppers announced a date in Buffalo for this February and the article said it was apart of a North American tour

I think the standout for me in this list would be DEP. Who knows if you'll get the opportunity to see them again. After that I'd probably say Emarosa. A headlining show for them is without a doubt a lot of fun.

I got really nervous. Yellowcard on the 3rd and 4th, Set Your Goals on the 5th, and Good Charlotte on the 6th!

In Flames and From Ashes To New sounds like a fun show. Hellyeah was even entertaining when I saw them at Uproar Fest in 2010. Can't stand their studio stuff, though.

Just saw Hellyeah yesterday at Rock Allegiance and it's the best I've heard Chad in a LONG time. I'm talking LD50 Mudvayne days with his screaming!

Miss May I is a no go for TWA tour for everyone that's been in on that long standing frustration of a tour. I asked them on Facebook when they think they'll be back on the road again and they said they were aiming for early 2017.

Maybe this means Miss May I is on All Stars next year.

Wasn't even thinking about that, that would be great too and wouldn't be too surprising.

Why are In Flames not headlining? Makes no sense. Never heard of HELLYEAH

Co-headlining. Hellyeah is a supergroup of Mudvayne (Chad Grey), Pantera (Vinnie Paul), and some other groups. I believe the bass player is from or was in Nonpoint, though I could be wrong on that. Mudvayne and Pantera are the big names though with that supergroup.

Their old bass player (Montano) was in Nothingface. Another old bass player was in Damageplan w/ Vinnie Paul and Dimebag.

Yes that's right. Got Nothingface and Nonpoint mixed up.
