Crossfaith hasn't been here in a while either. I'm actually not sure if they've even been to the US since Warped 2015.

 

They haven't. I've been waiting for them to come back all this time.

When will Crown The Empire be announced for the Underoath tour? Must be soon since Warped just ended

 

Is there a reason TBS is playing TAYF in full? It doesn't really coincide with an anniversary, unless it's just a money grab.

 

Probably a money grab. It’s not often bands do full-album shows overseas

 

They are getting paid bank to do it, I'm sure.

 

It’s their 20 year anniversary as a band next year

 

the SFTP tour is a co-headliner and the other band is.. a bit more of a smaller draw I guess. didn’t think they were close to the same level. will probably go over really well for both fanbases.

 

Stray/Silent Planet? Trying to think of bands thay don't have fall plans and an album releasing soon. Don't really know how well the fanbase would mix though.

based on absolutely nothing except my gut feeling, The Fever 333?

 

SFTP/The Fever 333 would make a LOT of sense.

 

I was thinking Sworn In, but The Fever would be a lot cooler.

 

The Fever 333 don't really have enough material to justify them doing a co-headliner with anyone.

 

Its probably more so that than a money grab since most bands that aren’t huge names like slipknot and so forth come over get their normal gaurentee along with travel and paperwork taken care by the promoter, as most bands those sizes lose money due issues and things involved. UNIFY usually does something rather special for each night they’ve done it. I believe this year they had the amity affliction headline agreeing to play songs off records they’ve never done live and focused on the earlier records.

 

Couldn’t it be something as simple as

Adam: hey John, wouldn’t it be fun to play TAYF live all the way through again at this festival in australia.
John: Hell yeah it would. Let’s do it.

?

 

Looking at the admat, it seems there are a fair number of exclusive and special sets billed. I wouldn't be surprised if the promoters said they'd pay more to get some sort of exclusive, whether that's the only Australian performance or an album play.
