Damn, I wish there was west coast dates in there. I really wanna see Helmet again

 

I'm friends with Toby as well, pretty disappointing to see how this has played out. I grew up in the scene with Sparks and I would love nothing more than to see a reunion tour, but the way it sounds like ROTY has gone about this is disappointing. It sounds like Alex wasn't privy to any of it either.

 

Well that can’t be legal.

 

The way they've handle this is a mess, and I'm so here for it.

 

Loudwire tweeted that Black Veil Brides plan to breakup up after Warped Tour. Their bassist revealed the info in a podcast

 

Not saying this in a douchy dismissive way.

Black Veil Brides hasn't broken up already?

 

They're still pretty massive amongst the 16 and under crowd. I may not think they're good, but it's pretty hard to deny that they have their demographic on lock.

 

Weird, I legit feel like I haven't heard of them doing anything in years but I know Andy has been doing some solo thing? Idk I just legit thought they had broken up already

 

They released an album back in February (I think) called Vale and did a co-headliner with Asking Alexandria in North America and Europe at the start of the year as well.

For anyone who still cares about the STR thing, this is what Alex posted:

My goal when going on this tour was to play music that I was apart of writing with 4 other amazing musicians for people that loved and appreciated our music. My intention was not to deceive or misguide people into thinking this was a Sparks The Rescue reunion. I take responsibility for this mistake. I hadn’t seen the tour flyer that had been posted, until it was online. I knew that marketing it would have STR be front and center. I should have been more hands on with the messaging but I was not, this is completely my fault. I’ve been on tour with other solo artist from bands before and seen this happen first hand.
I hope this new flyer makes it clear that it will be me on tour playing STR songs with great friends backing me up. Songs that I poured my heart and soul into writing and singing. As well as new originals. I’m really looking forward to these shows, and I hope to see people come out and singalong with me.
I’m truly sorry for upsetting my STR family and friends that feel disrespected and betrayed, it was not my intention. I just want to play music, that’s all I’ve ever wanted. It’s my passion and career. I’ve been blessed with being apart of a fantastic band and we’ve had amazing fans. I make a lot mistakes and the original advertisement for this tour was definitely one, and for that I hope to the many people I upset and confused can find forgiveness.
With that.. I am extremely excited to play these shows and look forward to sharing the stage again with my friends in Rookie Of The Year, A Brilliant Lie & The Victory Drive! This will be a great tour. Tour dates will be announced soon!
