between the buried and me is a very cult-y band- everyone I know who lives them absolutely loves them and they're the type of band who people make an effort to go out and see. this is also the exact kinda tour that would get a pay to play opener sell 50 pre-sales and play at 2PM and get all their high school friends out.

So psyched for that fest, it's about a half hour from my apartment.

Like it’s messed up, and I hope she realizes it someday, but it’s also human? And understandable? I know it’s something I would struggle with if it happened with a friend of mine, and I hope I’d handle it right, but I can’t say that it’s possible, in an erratic moment, I might not?

I really liked Many Rooms' record and was going to watch her set at Bled Fest until that came up. I'm not really interested anymore.

 

not everyone would think it's worth taking off work for this. that's my question. if it was like, a hype band, sure, but does anyone care enough to take off?

I get defending a close friend, but the impression I got from her tweets is she's like "idgaf what happened, my friends over you" which is the dumb hardcore/pop punk bro mentality that got the scene where it is now in the first place.

 

Totally unreleated but I always thought the line was "My friend [is] over you" as in a breakup, but I looked it up and now I'm shook

By the way, throwing it back to the one thing I talked about on here recently that people were mildly interested in, but Grayscale and Boston Manor are definitely not opening for State Champs thanks to this Euro leg of their tour, so RIP to anyone looking forward to that lineup... I'm still lurking for the real headliner and it's driving me insane so keep your eyes and ears peeled I guess
