They're before my time, but weren't they the band in the ending credits of the Diary Of A Wimpy Kid movie?

EDIT: Googled it, yeah they were. God, that movie probably introduced my 8 year old self to pop-punk.

 

I remember first hearing their big single in the Ben 10 movie when I was a kid lmao

 

That bass line from Hunt Hunt Hunt randomly gets stuck in my head to this day

seriously tho, pages? what a banger. their album was really good too. the second album very different but i actually have gotten into it more over time lol

 

i did not like that album at the time but damn that was like, the most bass i had heard in a song to that point.

blu and slip inside were the jams on that album

 

Man all these bands are like 1-2 years away from 10 year tours and I'm fucking ecstatic about it

 

all that means is that i'm old

 

Sparks The Rescue anyone? Aren't they a cover band in Maine now?

 

I fucking love sing it loud and every avenue. They were able to write great, catchy songs. I feel SIL never got the recognition they deserved.

 

Shortly after Favorite Fix, the lineup changed dramatically. They did Warped and opened for Mayday, and then their drummer and vocalist quit to be with their families. The other members tried continuing doing other stuff but it never caught on. Their new vocalist went on The Voice the same year Cassadee did and went pretty far though.

 

sing it loud's first album was not great but their second album was underrated as hell

 

Eyes to the Sun is fantastic, everything else they did was pretty bad.

Oh yeah, I forgot Better Side of Me was on that record. That song's tight.

Bummed Living With Lions is only west coast - what a great band.
