that is correct, there are no pop punk bands touring this year, they are all on pop punk strike

 

Thought that was Twenty One Pilots

 

Or they just ran out of power chord ideas

I’d be ok with this. Normally not stoked on deluxe editions but it would just be so well timed.

 

Also does anyone know what Counterparts is doing in the US after the Emmure tour. Headliner finally?

 

Just gonna say idk what the big fuss about good bands opening for Real Friends is.

The reason I didn't see them in November was because they had no real support, just Life Lessons and a ton of local openers.

If they got some kickass openers that's how I'd go to their shows. And just because you don't like them, they're a part of this scene, have bills to pay, and need to get people to their shows.

They're not abusers so at the end of the day, even if you don't like them, it's just music, and that's all that matters.

 

I've said it before. I don't care for the majority of Real Friends' music, but they seem like really good people.

This unfortunately seems to be the case - heard it might have something to do with a lot of the dates being in Canada and him not being able to cross the border for past criminal charges which is so lame if true considering what an opportunity for him this tour would’ve been

 

Anyone know if Revolution Rock Fest is happening this year? When it was cancelled last year they said they hope to return this year.
