When I saw them on the Chelsea Grin headliner a couple weeks ago people seemed really into them, more so than Enterprise Earth which was surprising for the tour it was.

 

I'll be fighting for these tickets!

I've never listened to Neurosis, but I'm determined to see Converge this year. Thalia Hall is such a cool venue too.

Do you know if it's for sure a B/C market tour?

 

It's only a 7,000 capacity venue.

 

That would be awesome. Really hope that hits Michigan.

 

never said the full tour was b/c market.. just the area for the date I saw is not a big market for shows. vienna, virginia. i know it has had a rise in the scene the last few years, the first show I remember seeing listed on an admat in that area was the OLN/SIO co-headliner couple years ago. more recently never shout nevers throwback tour played the area.

 

that's not a C market, that's basically DC. Really nice space right outside the city that takes a kind of venue dc proper doesn't have

There are several VA venues (jiffy lube live, eaglebank) that are considered the DC market

 

jammin java is another of those, that place had a ton of scene shows in the late 00s/early 10's, but yeah, basically DC but the better place than some DC proper venues for these shows. But tour booking considers it DC

Yeah, Wolf Trap is definitely DC-market
