I'm upset with both things. I'm aware of the tax laws but to my knowledge, I've never given my SSN to any other site besides TM.
I did wind up giving them my SSN but it's been 9 days since the show happened and they still haven't made the first of the two test deposits.

Now that I'm reading this thread, I do recall having to input some info when I sold tickets above a certain amount. This is a wider regulation, not Ticketmaster going "LOL Let's collect SSN for fun!"

 

not saying it's specific to TM. it's just strange that TM is the first company to ask me for my SSN when I've only had one $40 sale through them. meanwhile I've had literally tens of thousands of dollars pass through my PayPal and unless I gave it to them a decade ago and forgot, I'm 99% sure they don't have my SSN

they didn’t say they broke up, they said that everyone in the band quit on Craig and the headliner he had Varials as the backing band.

 

Drugs is just Craig and fill ins, the new lineup he announced as they came back are already all gone. He's had the guys in Varials back him recently.

 

You keep saying this, and I understand that that's what the law indicates, but I guarantee you that I have not given my social security number to Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Depop, Ebay, Mercari...

I say this as a BTF fan, but they were really phoning it in towards the end, just bad uninspired songs. So I’m surprised the huge demand the last year for them to come back. Hopefully we get more 2008-2013 BTF and not the last few years.

 

I think it depends on how many transactions you’ve had. I sold football season tickets the last 2 years and at first they held until after the event, then I started getting it about a week after the sale was made (and we’ll before the event)

 

New song they just announced has been on leak sites since last week. It’s better then anything off of hard feelings or to those left behind imo
