I think we'll get an A7X headliner early next year.

That's actually a really cool lineup. I'm not into ATR's newer stuff, but TDWP, Fozzy, and Kyng is a great combo. Kyng is the odd man out on that tour for sure. They're more a Clutch/The Sword type band.

A date for a Cayetana, Diet Cig, Petal, Slingshot Dakota tour leaked on Facebook. (Lakewood Ohio on May 26).

Really really crossing my fingers that Camp Cope is on at least half of this tour too and that it comes close to me.

Either way, if it doesn't come near me I am traveling for it bc that lineup is amazing.

I don't believe it's a tour just a pre show basically on their route to Bled Fest

We tend to get 1-2 really cool shows a year on the way down or out

I'm still holding out hope their will be more dates. I feel like if it was just that one show they would have announced it by now.

I believe Petal/Slingshot will be touring and that those 4 will just be meeting up that date

Plus the show was announced, by the promoters at least. It wasn't a leak

yeah that was my theory too, a combination of two tours. petal slingshot makes a whole lot of sense, and diet cig doesn't have an opener yet so cayetana would make sense

    Cayetana is headlining here actually

gotcha, yeah cayetana opening for diet cig doesn't make too much sense but it's at least a realistic possibility. but yeah, cool show, wish i could see it, haha

For anyone in the Chicago area, Ravinia Festival announced their summer lineup. Not too much that interests me this year. Really cool place to watch live music though. You can bring your own blanket, table, chairs, food, drinks, etc. Really classy. I'll probably see Darius Rucker in August.

Gotcha! Well at least those are two cool tours to look forward to. I'm mainly just waiting for Camp Cope to announce a summer US tour bc they hinted they were going to soon.

how big is diet cig these days? They're doing two shows on the same day at a like 280 cap venue in nyc but that's effectively their hometown now so that's not a good indicator. They're in about two and a half weeks and I think only one is sold out

  23. My junior high self is stoked about that Lifehouse / Switchfoot date.

Damn it now I want to see Stevie Nicks again. Have you been to Ravinia? It confuses me a little, but it's pretty much a typical amphitheater except you can actually bring stuff with you on the lawn right? I mean how big is it and all that?

I have been. The amphitheater is pretty small is actually below ground level. The lawn is HUGE. Lawn tickets are about $50. You can bring whatever you want and have a picnic. You could also buy food and drinks there. It's usually an older crowd. Parking and traffic can be a bit of a pain but they have shuttles that bring you from the parking lot(s) to the venue. I definitely recommend checking it out.
