I think these shows will do fine. I'm sure after 6 or 7 years, there's a demand to see them and especially to see Ocean Avenue in full. Not to mention, all the pop punk/emo nostalgia in the last few years has sure gathered interest in this too.

 

Tix start at $29.50 according to press release. This will be an interesting one to follow nonetheless

HOB in Chicago sells out for pretty much anything. The FFAK and Our Last Night shows there sold out month sin advance.

Also, an outdoor show in July in Chicago is scaring the hell out of me.

And it's kind of a perfect curation of openers to hit multiple fan groups (e.g., the older folks who like YC and SOTY; the younger people who are into YC and Mayday).

I've got no doubt that most of these venues won't sell out. But the places definitely won't be half empty, either. I bet most of these are at least 75% sold when all is said and done.

I wonder if there's going to be a mass of people soon selling their tickets to WWWY2023 after all those announcements from Yellowcard, Finch, Thrice etc.

When they announced the lineup initially I had like 7-8 bands I really wanted to see and it's down to like 2-3 now.

Lawn seats for Yellowcard will be fun. I'm not familiar with Anberlin or This Wild Life, but whatev.

 

So glad our leg got Story of the Year over Anberlin. Despite my jokes that'll be a fun show.

Weezer has to hurry up and get their tour announcement. So many other tours competing for the same fans dollars at this point.
