It'd be great for Courtney Barnett to postpone, but I've got my 2/5 Radio City tickets on StubHub for break-even anyway

 

Unless circumstances become more dire, I don't see a lot of tours postponing.

 

I can't see Courtney Barnett when she's coming to Detroit, so I'd fully welcome a postponement tbh.

 

Looks like Close Your Eyes are coming back, they are teasing an announcement for February. A tour maybe?

MGK is WAY bigger than Avril in 2022

could def see Avril being direct support with advertising emphasizing her presence on the tour, but I personally highly doubt it would be a co-headliner at this point in time

 

I could see it being a co-headliner tbh. I think Avril has been getting a resurge in popularity recently and at this point, I think the two of them are on the same level

Updated Brian Fallon dates. Looks like Chicago is canceled - that was the last hard decision I would have had to make with January shows.

 

Avril has a lot of legacy/nostalgia support that can be reactivated at any time. She's not curently a massive commercial success like MGK is, but she's still incredibly well-known. Worst comes to worse, it'll be billed as a coheadliner, but MGK goes last every night, like those TBS/Coheed or Halestorm/Evanescence tours.

 

MGK/Avril with blackbear & Mod Sun makes too much sense for an outdoor amphitheater run. Throw on an additional opener like nothing,nowhere. or Yungblud and call it a summer

That sucks. I'm glad I got to see them on Sunday at the beginning of the tour (they were REALLY good). Hope everyone recovers quickly!

 

I saw someone post on FB that they saw them last night and everyone in the band besides the drummer had a mask and the vocals sounded very muffled because of that and it threw off the whole show.

 

Yeah I just looked at some photos of the show last night. That’s… bizarre…

 

Has there been any announcement about Illuminati Hotties + Fenne Lily w/ Katy Kirby and Pom Pom Squad?

Tour flyer has been fully wiped from all four IG pages/story highlights, except a Fenne Lily post from September.
