When they have a solid co-headliner they do ampitheaters. When they do their own headlining tours, they usually play a 6k venue in my city.

They're playing a 4,000 cap venue near me at the end of August and it's about 90% sold right now.

  5. yea thats probably all correct. i'm gonna take things lightly and have enough shows lined up that when the inevitable postponements happen i won't be that upset (ok there's one or two that I'll be really sad about if something happens but I'll be fine haha)

i'll be masking at shows regardless given how delta is spreading like wildfire in missouri and probably will try to get tested pre indoor shows since I got J&J and asymptomatic breakthroughs are def a thing.

and then anything else that happens, happens. hope artists can find a happy medium between touring and keeping people safe and I'd love to see more venues and artists with vax requirements

Yeah I also have more than enough shows that if last minute postponements/cancelations happen, I'll live lol. Some days even have another show I would go to if plans falls through

They can usually pull at amphitheaters when they’re just headlining alone. But in their case, support can help

I'm already going down to LA for System/Korn but I may need to head down to this if the lineup is good. I'm guessing Sat Nov 6th (and maybe Sunday as well) based on the fact Slipknot ends their tour on Tue Nov 2nd in Arizona.

I feel like Banc of California Stadium is gonna replace the Glen Helen Ampitheater in terms of hosting concerts. Banc's schedule is gonna start to more stacked.

Is Glen Helen still a thing? It just occurred to me that I haven’t seen any shows announced there in a while

Isaiah, Conway The Machine, Men I Trust, Bad Religion, Moneybagg Yo, The Psychedlic Furs and The World is a Beautiful Place all have shows in Dallas the same night.

I hope so. This stadium is about 20 minutes away from me versus Glen Helen which is an hour away. Also I really hate the parking situation there

Yep but it looks like they only have 3 country concerts there. I don't see rock artists booking there in the future with the Banc there now.

Agreed. I have lots of great memories at Glen Helen but Banc is much more convenient. I live in Nor Cal now but my family is also 20 minutes away from Banc and about an hour from Glen Helen. My in laws said they were back home within half an hour after leaving the Banc when they saw Iron Maiden.

I kinda wanna see Conway, but Rashad would be a close second. I actually bought tickets for the Furs because that was the first show that was announced and my buddy wanted to go. I can probably get out of it though... I dunno, we'll see.

Geez. That’s in my city and LTJ is the band I’ve most missed seeing live during the pandemic, but I’m taking my wife out of town on a surprise birthday trip that weekend. What luck
