Has this virus and being hygienic as a result made people think about how gross and unsanitary some of the venues you go to are on a normal night? Because I've been thinking that...

Every Time I Die cancelled their Detroit show last night and Sanction/SeeYouSpaceCowboy did a last minute show at a bar in Hamtrammck. Less than 200 people cap so it was legal.

Crystal Lake confirmed they're on a USA tour in June/July. Could it be the rumored Polaris headliner?

 

Gov of Ohio said this morning he wouldn’t be surprised if schools end up being shut down for the rest of the school year. Assuming he does end up doing that, I’d have to imagine mass gatherings order of 100+ people would also stay in effect until at least June.

As mentioned above, I’m not sure what the rush to announce rescheduled shows is. The Bad Bad Hats show that was supposed to be today was rescheduled for May 3, and I honestly think it’s just going to have to be rescheduled again. Why not wait until you know for sure you can schedule shows at a time where mass gatherings are allowed again?

 

yep no concert should be rescheduled for may cuz if we get out if this april not everyone is going to want to go concerts right away in may so i don't see events happening until june/july

 

I think bands want to announce and get these shows booked ASAP because it’s going to be tough to get weekend dates in the top markets with so many bands rescheduling and already planned spring/summer tours.

 

Are there ANY tours still going on this month in the states? Just curious.

 

Citizen officially just postponed their tour

 

I know some of you don't venture into the accountability thread, so here's what Fronz tweeted about Attila having to cancel their tour. I know it's Fronz and this is not surprising, but still...

my wedding is suppose to be May 10th, literally the day after this recommendation. My fiancée is losing her mind

 

I’m hearing rumors that my graduation might be cancelled. It’s the week after May 10th, so I’m hoping that’s not the case because I’ll be tremendously upset

 

i really really really hope they can keep fys on it. kse.abr tour is staying together whenever their new dates are for over the summer

As some of you already know, our current tour with Killswitch Engage and August Burns Red is now officially postponed. This tour got off to such a great start and we were really looking forward to playing for all of you. However, with all that's going on right now, it's clear this needed to happen.

We're told these shows are postponed (not cancelled), and that we should have info on the rescheduled dates very soon. So please hold onto your tickets until further notice.

Thanks so much for your understanding and for supporting this band. We can't wait to see you all again soon.
