I it's an emo/punk/posthxc band... what did you expect? honestly, I think it's one of the most sincere and intelligent bands doing this whole "emotional" thing, and as a result, avoiding being sentimental and trite so we're in an emo/punk/whatevs focused forum, we discuss dozens of cheesy AF bands - it seems rather odd to call out this band in particular for being cheesy... as long as a band doesn't reach Moose Blood levels of cheese, we're all fine
I really don't listen to Parting the Sea as much as the other albums, ISB and Dead Horse is really get me going. I'm hoping they will play Pale Dreams live when I see them tho.
finally a culture abuse tour that isn't with a band that disgusts me to see, lol after being with TSSF and nothing this year, ugh
Everything before Is Survived By is p bad tbh. But ISB is a genre masterpiece and this new one is looking to one up it.
dammit ken imma fight u again ISB is indeed a excellent album, just like the two before it :P (tho i don't return to Dead Horse often)
They remind me of la disputes first album. Just kind of cheesy and pale in comparison to what came after
I haven't listened to At The Bottom in awhile and don't like it nearly as much as I used to but it still has jams.
Gotta throw my Wildlife love out there. Incredible album. I still like it a fair bit more than Rooms.
Yeah Wildlife>Rooms But anyways, I'm really excited for this new Touché record. Touché Amore, La Dispute, and Pianos Become The Teeth are 3 of the best of this new wave of emotional, intelligent post hardcore.
I'm really excited for this album too. I've never really been a big fan of TA but I really like the songs they've put out from this so far.
very true. it's more like rooms >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> wildlife >>>>>>>>>>>> first record
