he doesn't say. he kinda says something that seems like he maybe only found out about it when he tried shouting for the band but i might be misinterpreting that. and if that is the case, changing your voice in your mid 20s (24 when touche formed) would be incredibly odd haha

his "normal" speaking voice has never really once seemed odd to me

 

I was listening to the episode while cooking just now and when Jeremy did his secret voice it genuinely startled me. I’m glad I was done chopping carrots!
