Getting into Korn and their first two albums. Good stuff

 

my only tattoo is a Korn tattoo. I like them up to Issues but the first two records are stone cold classics.

 

Are the lyrics on this one just so obviously about Jeremy's long term relationship ending that we just didn't need to talk about it? Maybe I missed banter somewhere about album themes, but as someone walking away from 9 years this album physically hurts to listen to right now.

 

listening to the new album again and nobody's is by far my favourite song from them.

 

Finalist is particularly rough.

Really though, after 20+ years of being in this scene I'd be hard pressed to point out more than a few other bands with such a strong catalogue over such a stretch of time. Just really impressive to me given the genre, absolutely love this band.

 

There will be a 10 year Stage Four tour.

Next year is also Parting The Sea’s 15 year. Maybe they play that as an encore??
