yeah it's really interesting! a lot of great and varied guests - you learn their origins more or less into how they got into what they're doing
This was the best live stream I have watched through this period, and for free no less. Really enjoyed this entire lil production they put together here. Will say, I half expected Andy Hull's giant floating head to appear behind the band to sing his part during Limelight, but Nick totally killed it.
The dope part about me being an old man is that I won't even know an album like this is coming out and then I can just listen to it after seeing the hype. This is good
Reminders is great. Not a song I'd expect from this band (not that I'm an expert or anything), but a great change of pace from the previous songs.
This is totally an old man comment but I rarely listen to stuff this aggressive/heavy anymore, but these guys are an exception, and it does remind me of them old days
Limelight is so good, and probably my favorite on the album. Yesterday while listening to it though, I wanted to hear ManOrch cover it, and Jeremy and Andy switch parts. Andy singing the verses and choruses, and Jeremy yelling the bridge. Seems like a cool thing ManOrch could do with their patreon stuff.
