Damn, this thread is still going. As a drummer whose been following Tosh's work for years, I wanna say something controversial to keep it going: go watch Tosh's cover of "The Outsider" by A Perfect Circle. He plays it even better than Josh Freese did.
I mean not "shame on you", it's just that for someone who seems so worried about your Christian beliefs to the point where you're accusing musicians of being demonic/demons, I woulda thought you would be paying attention to their lyrics and messages of the bands you actively listened to lol. It's just a little bit weird to assume "demonic" about Lady Gaga but not about a band you apparently listened to with at least some regularity.

Congrats to the guy, obviously very talented given his CV at such a young age and seems like Punk Rock is his passion… Would have LOVED to see Greyson Nekrutman join from a selfish perspective, guy is mind blowing.

You’re doing it right. Bands like Alkaline Trio used to play at our community church back in the day. They used to hold Friday night concerts for local bands of all kinds. I thought it was so rad haha.
I’m mostly agnostic but sometimes I do look at everything and say, “Wow it’s kinda hard to believe everything just lined up so perfectly to create this universe to sustain life that maybe it could have been done by the hand of something. Other days I realize I likely won’t find out till I’m dead or not who really cares!” So give me more of that demonic content from Lady Gaga and Alk3 I can’t get enough.
No hate quite like “Christian love.” I don’t want your salvation. Queer and trans people exist, and we don’t desire your “love.” We deserve to live with dignity.
