I don't know what this is, but sign me up. A24 has a pretty strong track record so far.

Update: It looks like this is a short film set to premiere Jan. 19th at Sundance. It's directed by Jonathan Minard and Scott Rashap.

omg if it's actually A Topiary...

 

This has to be the most vague thread title I've seen haha.

Nothing about the trailer made me think it was A Topiary, especially since Shane is working on The Modern Ocean and A Topiary would be a pretty huge shoot to do in secret.

For the record, I absolutely hate this kind of teaser. Unless it's going to be revealed as some huge deal (as A Topiary would've been) you're only setting extraordinarily high expectations. I didn't find the teaser interesting at all other than A24 being behind it.

I love Oldboy, so that's cool...but doesn't warrant this kind of teaser.
