I still do this every night

 

I still have my iPod classic! I prefer it since I can use it in the car and navigate track skipping etc without having to look down to see it on a touchscreen. I wish they kept it and updated (Bluetooth, larger flash storage instead of hard drive) but I know that wouldn’t be worth it from Apples perspective

 

Reflection is one of the greatest songs of all time.

 

So do we think this album is actually happening this year still? I feel like even if they do finish recording in a reasonable timeframe (which I’m not sure they will), it’ll end up coming out in 2019. That of course is assuming they don’t scrap the whole thing and start over or something like that haha

 

Yeah, I think it'll be next year. They've supposedly only just finished tracking drums so it looks like it's going to be a while yet.

 

Seeing these guys tomorrow. Will be my first time. Seems odd that they're headlining without any new music, but we'll see what happens.

I’d guess if they stay relatively on schedule (yeah I know) we’ll get it around the same time as we got APC this year.

No wonder it took them so long to write it. Sheesh.

 

I just want to drop in and say that Puscifer is extremely underrated amongst Tool fans. If anyone is unsure about the band, re-visit Conditions of My Parole and the C Is For... EP

 

I thought Money Shot was really good and probably their most cohesive album.

The Remedy might just squeeze into my top 10 Maynard songs by bands not called Tool, I’d definitely be top 20.

 

I like Money Shot also, but really think the two releases I mentioned are far and beyond their best.

 

I should probably revisit those, it’s been a while since I’ve heard them.

 

I really enjoyed Conditions. "Monsoons" is such a great song.

 

Next year, too far, but at this point I can wait!

This fucking sucks. I know I’m not the important one here but Tool and APC meant so much to me in middle school and some of my fondest memories with my uncle who passed away last year are when he got me into Tool/APC and took me to see Tool. Fuck.

 

I’m so disappointed.
