Yea last night was pretty rad, as a very casual Tool fan and my first time seeing them. I wish Maynard was louder, the band definitely overpowered him at least up in my seats.

Where were you sitting? Maybe I didn't notice because I know all their stuff so well. Sounded good from 108!

I was up in the 200's towards the back, but on the side.

Worth noting I have the same complaint about 90 percent of shows I attend, haha. Vocals neverrrr loud enough.

I've noticed bigger shows have issues with that a lot!

God, I want to see Tool. Been following this thread to live vicariously (no pun intended) through all of you.

They aren't coming here on this round and I've missed them every other time bc tickets sell out in like 12 seconds.

What the band needs to do is give their fans a proper live DVD/Blu-Ray!

Would be nice, but it seems like they'll never do it at this point.

They're supposedly going to put their music on streaming services prior to their new record(which also might never happen) coming out, so never say never!

I was literally the row in front of you lol. I was in a blue shirt with the old school WWF logo on it. I was next to the aisle further from the stage.

I don't recall seeing you. I was wearing a plaid chaps shirt, short guy, blond hair. Wish I would've checked that last night to see where you were!

Did they play 13 or 14 songs last night?

14 if you consider the drum solo a song.

I don't, so 13 and one is a tape playing, correct? So it's really 12?

Are you referring to (-)Ions? I didn't include that. It's 13 actual songs + a drum solo

Some people list it as just Parabola but it's really Parabol into Parabola

Got it, makes sense. The sets are being broken into two parts? So it's 2 hours and 5 minutes with an intermission? So how long are they actually playing?

Intermission is literally 10 minutes long. They have a timer displayed.

12 minutes to be exact ;)

Those people are dropping the ball! Loved the video that played during Parabol. So creepy. That song really set the tone for the rest of the show too in my opinion.

They cut Parabol at the Bangor and Boston shows which was a huge bummer. It's a magnificent combo, especially live.

Wow, now that I've seen those two back to back I couldn't imagine just Parabola live.

Right? I love Tool, they are hands down my favorite band. I'd do just about anything to see their live show. But like, fuck me...cut a couple minutes off that intermission and play them both!
