Tomb Raider (March 16th, 2018) Movie

Even though Daisy would have been dope, this is about as good as a replacement for her you can find (Rebecca Ferguson, too)

Hope the movie turns out good. Only cautiously optimistic about Warcraft and Assassin's Creed.

 

Yeah, kinda bummed it's not Ridley, but I do think Vikander will be amazing.

Love Vikander, and love Tomb Raider as a character/franchise, but I'm so not looking forward to this. Wish it had a better crew involved behind the scenes. Ridley probably dodged a bullet, tbh.

 

Looks like it may be based off the 2013 game reboot, which I'm completely okay with. Awesome game.

Not sure I know who she is, but she seems to fit the role.

Hmm I haven't followed it all that closely, but I did think there were rumors or maybe offhand comments about this being the case. Excited to see how all of this translates on the big screen.

Dominic West Joins Alicia Vikander in 'Tomb Raider' (Exclusive)

 

Set photos finally leaked and it looks pretty spot on to the video game.

 

Official set photos have been released on Vanity Fair. Pretty excited for this.

 

Crazy how much they are sticking with everything. lol Gotta have the pick ax.

 

That story wasn't so great in the game, not sure how it will translate to a movie. But ah well. Considering Warcraft and Assassin's Creed were both poorly received (and were average at best), my optimism is much lower now lol.

 

Definitely curious to see how it all will translate over. I didn't see Warcraft, but was pretty disappointed in Assassin's Creed (minus how the action looked). Really hoping this one will be good though.
