Can you explain that part by any chance? Is he just overvaluing himself?

 

Basically with how many shares are out there already, and how many they are trying to sell, compared to their financials of assets/liabilities. Net capital divided by outstanding shares gives a good idea of a stock’s book value. (This is very simplified btw.)

And the structure for what you actually get with these shares and who maintains ownership and voting rights in the company makes it even worse, and the dilution structure can collapse that $5 value very very fast.

 

Using dollar bills as toilet paper is a smarter investment than this.
