I’ve heard that but never seen it before. And this is my neighbor and they still have stockings and the tree up as well. I get leaving lights up (but not turning them on) because that looks like a pain in the ass to do every year but damn, the tree and stockings too? And to light them up too? That would almost be sickening to look at every day by this point

Yeah I'm engaged myself and I'm having a lot of those same feelings. Hard to decide what to do as things keep dragging on, but if we were to do anything, it'd probably just be a courthouse marriage with a larger ceremony when this whole mess is over
