Tbf I’m 43 and have always hated when people use it. Dunno why, just an irrational thing. I grew up using it “haha” on msn, feels more genuine. Kids these days don’t laugh and just judge what emojis their parents use.
The number of gate changes that happen at an airport is annoying haha. How did people not constantly miss their flights before phone notifications??
What southern Californians define as “cold weather.” Wife and I got lunch today and decided to eat on the patio. Perfectly nice day. 65 degrees and cloudy. The place had the heaters on full blast. I felt immensely uncomfortable
Damn. If it's 65 out, I am in short sleeves with no sweatshirt lol and probably a little too hot in jeans if it's sunny. Heat on is insane. My ideal outdoor weather is 55-65 and sunny with no breeze. I love the couple weeks of fall New England gets before the bitter cold sets in, or, right now just before summer. It's 42 out and I have the slider open because it gets hot up on the top floor of my building. Finally got the apartment down from 70 to 68. Phew.
Everyone in my family is a picky eater and it drives me crazy! I’m definitely the person who has to feed everyone who comes to my house but it’s really hard when they eat nothing!! The only thing they like is meat and I’m a vegetarian lol I eat veggies all day every day and they hate veggies! I’m getting pizza bc idk what to feed these people!
I ordered a guitar pedal that was supposed to come today and I had to sign for it. I was sitting by the door in the expected time frame and the lazy motherfuckers didn’t want to walk up the stairs to my apartment so they marked it as “missed” and now I have to go to the post office to get it tomorrow
Just had the weirdest software glitch in the anti theft system in my Honda Civic. I drove to the store from work for 20 mins. No problem. Get back in after a 3 minute errand. Car starts up, I start driving. At the light I finally noticed that ONLY the speedometer is lit on my dash, and very dimly. Turn signals don't work. Gas and temp gauges are invisible. Wipers work though. I notice the red anti theft light is flashing. I pull into a lot. Shut my car off and on a couple times. Same behavior every time. Read online it's a weird glitch hondas randomly get and to try shutting it off, then lock and unlock it with the fob. I try this like five times with no luck. Finally I sit there for a couple minutes and try ONE more time. The second I hit lock, ALL of the lights in my car turn on before I even start it and we're good as new. Took the 10 minute drive home with no problems. It's a 2019 with a 3 year old battery and only 25,000 miles on it lol. What the fuck man.
That my gag reflux can get so sensitive where I have accidentally made myself throw up while brushing my tongue several times. I need to stick with the tongue scraper.
my gag reflex is pretty strong too but your post actually reminded me to use my tongue scraper when brushing my teeth (I sometimes forget)
My gag reflex also sucks. That’s part of the reason why I kinda hate the dentist. I always gag during cleanings
Sleeping in too late on a weekend. I mean, I appreciate how refreshed I feel after 11 hours of sleep lol but got up much later than desired... 3 PM
