Decided to put my tree up today out of boredom and just to put me in a better mood, learned my lights were half burnt out, so I bought a bunch more but kinda ran low halfway up the tree so it's much brighter on the lower half lol. Can't decide if I want to say screw it and put the ornaments up anyways, or grab some more lights tomorrow

My band has a banner of the Hanson image in my avatar here. We had it hung up in our practice space that we share with a couple other bands. Recently, one of the bands got a new member, and that person is very offended by the banner. They said it's highly offensive because the Hanson bros were underage and "shoved into the spotlight by their parents" and that our banner is "promoting child exploitation." I haven't talked to this person face to face, but I wonder if they even know anything about the band, or if they know that they're still a band... haha. And I'd also love to ask them if they refuse to watch any movies with underage/child actors based on their logic... Anyway, we came to practice last Sunday and the banner was taken down and folded up nicely on the shelf. (This person doesn't even pay room rent.)
They're the drummer of a Rage Against the Machine cover band so obviously they're doing big things over here.
