A LOT of people where i live like to wait to use their turn signal until they suddenly brake hard to make the turn. i leave more space in front of me then most but still feel like thats why i go through brake pads/rotors so fast

Today my workplace had catering as part of an office event. I'd submitted a form well in advance to RSVP and so my dietary needs could be accounted for, but by the time I got to the break room the vegan food was all gone

    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

I guess it shows me that I need to be better about bringing my own bags to stores, but went to Wal-Mart on my lunch break today and they were all out of bags.

Didn’t use a cart since I had a handful of stuff that didn’t really warrant one. But it was just enough to make it a pain in the ass to take back to my car

Job applications that have you manually input your work experience as well as upload a resume. Why do you need me to do that if you also have my resume with all that info???

Maybe they want to see if you'll be a good fit working for them by seeing how you handle doing tedious bullshit for them:crylaugh:

I can no longer find a good flashlight that takes BATTERIES. I don’t want this “re chargeable” bs. That does you no good in the wilderness.

I was at a wedding and the vegetarian option was good but had absolutely zero protein. Everyone else got salmon or beef or whatever and I had a couple vegetables. Not even whole veggies. Just a few slices arranged fancily on a plate. It was like half a carrot, a few slices of a zucchini, and maybe one fingerling potato. I think not, sir

It’s 67 here and I’m miserable!!! Anything below 70 is too cold. It’s been getting down into the 40s at night so I had to turn on my furnace and I’m mad about it! Gonna be cold until like May and I hate being cold!! I gotta keep my furnace set at like 67 which is too cold but I don’t want a big gas bill. I got a sweater and blanket on and I’m still cold! (I get whiny when I’m cold obviously!!)

We have a google search built in to the program we use for work and are required to use that to look anything up. But for some reason google flagged me for suspicious activity and wants me to do a captcha but it won’t load. So I can’t search for anything so now I have to use my phone to look everything up which is annoying bc it’s mostly really long medical words and I want to copy and paste but can’t!! I can’t even clear my cache or cookies or anything bc there’s no option to do that. Idk how to fix it and IT guy is out of office.

I hate washing my hair so much. I hate the feeling of it wet. I hate that it has vivid dye so I can only wash it with cool water. I hate how long it takes to dry but also that if I blow dry it, it feels frizzy. I hate when my hair sheds. Clearly I'm starting to get the itch to cut it short again because ugggh

I got a Swiffer wet jet and very quickly learned they suck ass lol. 5 pads in my small kitchen and bathroom, still leaving gross foot prints all over the tile.

Thankfully I package I’m expecting today is being delivered by usps and not FedEx bc I literally saw the driver stop at the gate (which they have a code for), take a photo and turn around. I wonder how many people are going to get a “tried to deliver”, bc if that was me, I’d be on the phone with cs so quick. I also would be on the phone with the leasing office and see if they can talk to fed ex directly about the drivers not even trying to deliver even when they have the code

Delivery fees. I usually try to pick up but I just went to order Indian and it was $60 after fees. I’ll just make it myself.

Honestly it's a good motivator for me not to get delivery because every time I think I will not care about the fees and just yolo and do it, I just can't bring myself with all the fees

This exact thing happened to me yesterday. My wife and I were ordering sushi for dinner and wanted to DoorDash it. The food was decently priced, the delivery fee was low, but the fees and taxes put the order over $80, so we just forgot about it and ordered elsewhere for way cheaper

    Dental insurance is weird, dude.

Optional $450 night guard? 100% coverage
Absolutely necessary filling? That will be $220, please.

(Grateful for the night guard, just tiny bit annoyed about the filling lol)
