New old annoyance - still no fuckin emojis

 

I am! It’s been forever, but not sure how far back forever goes so I’ll just say that life is pretty good in my little microcosm.

People who have their license plate registration tag and month switched

 

I just called Spectrum and was told the best they do is switch me to 500 mbps at $90. Looks like I am switching to Frontier.

 

So glad Xfinity no longer has a monopoly in my city. I lowered my monthly bill from $194 to $45 by switching to the new fiber provider in my area... same download speeds, better upload speeds, and way more stable. It never goes down. Xfinity used to take my internet down during the middle of the night on a weekly basis for "scheduled maintenance" in addition to getting knocked out by a strong gust of wind

My bf keeps accidentally ruining the cute cookware I buy. Like he'll burn nothing for months and then I get a new cookie sheet that's cute and colorful and he'll get scorch marks all over it!!! Smh. At the end of the day it's fine but still a lil annoying

 

I do not like the term “ooey-gooey”. Barely qualifies as annoyance, actually just sends chills down my spine. Hated even typing it just there

It annoys me when people refer to their spouse as hubby/wifey.

I’ve probably said that before but it still annoys me

 

when one says honey to the other excessively it just feels performative af to me

 

I’m not really a big pet name guy in general

 

Cool with it? Buddy, oogie/boogie are my preferred pronouns

 

When shows or movies show us a video recording on a screen like a character face timing or doing a zoom meeting and it's just super obvious they later superimposed the video onto the screen and it wasn't a real recording. Like it's too clear and something is just somewhat off making the video look uncanny valley.

 

We have pet names but they’re all dumb stuff like “barnabus” and “stinky” and we pretty much never use them in front of people. Hubby/wifey is cursed

 

as a YouTube lover, I'm not sure what I hate more, Etsy ada or Hard Rock bet ads. they're both so goddamn incessant on there

 

Get YT premium. The only service that's actually worth it.

And if you have a VPN, you can sign up from another country and get it for like half price
