I wish my bf would get a different job. Which I never thought I'd say. I usually get frustrated because he hops jobs so quick. But his benefits suck and they dragged their feet on his raise. And his boss promised all of them they'd get a certain bonus if they hit a sales goal. They don't get commission so it was just a "make x amount of money" in a certain timeframe. There were three bonus tiers and they got the highest one. He obv didn't think they'd do it but they did. They just got their bonus checks and it was less than half of what he said they'd get, the tier 2 amount instead. I think my bf is worried because this is one of the longer jobs he's had and it's probably a "the devil you know" thing but ugggh. I keep sending him positions for similar jobs that pay more but he hasn't pulled the trigger on applying

Oh God the fruit flies. I didn't even realize how many there were until I did an apple cider vinegar trap. Put baking soda and vinegar down the disposal and flushed all my drains with boiling water but omg

 

The fruit flies in my apartment don’t go for the apple cider vinegar. It’s the first time I’ve experienced that. Instead, they only want wine.

 

I want to buy a light weight scrub jacket for work, but I can’t just buy online because I have to feel the material and try it on. There’s a scrub store near me and they didn’t have any that I liked. I have a thick one for winter and that one was expensive because it was carrhart, but it was the only one I liked.

 

So yesterday I did the apple cider vinegar dish soap trap and I caught so many but I swear they've evolved because today none of them are falling for it

People not using turn signals. Did they stop teaching this in drivers ed or something? I swear I’ve seen it way too often lately.

 

That and people who will stay in an on/off ramp until the very last second without a blinker. I’m not a mind reader and if you know you’re getting on/off and have plenty of space to do so why are you waiting until the very end? And people tailgating you when they can just pass. I’ve seen an abundance of bad drivers recently.

 

This drives me insane. Or people tailgating you as you’re passing a large group like a line of trucks. I’m gonna move back over when I’m done passing, you don’t need to be an asshole in the meantime.

 

Lately it seems like no one understand how to make their car go faster when getting on the highway, specifically. Handful of times the last few weeks where the car in front of me is going 30 when we hit the end of the on ramp as if they’re trying to cause a pile up by going so fucking slow

 

I’ve also gotten stuck behind people going a good 15-20 mph under the speed limit for no particular reason on the highway recently. Truly don’t get it.
