There’s a Vietnamese restaurant up the street from my place that my wife and I order from often. A couple weeks ago they announced that they were going on vacation so they’d be closed until August 4th. Of course they are closed and I am having a massive craving for them. I need a com tam STAT

 

i always seem to crave food from local mom and pop restaurants on the days they’re closed. Some are closed Monday and Tuesday, some Tuesday and Wednesday and I can never seem to remember which is which until I decide to get it and inevitably find out they’re of course closed that day lol

They keep falling below my hips and I have to keep putting them up. They’re suppose to be high waisted. If I sized down, they wouldn’t have fit me. I think it has to do with the waistband

I was trying to buy concert tickets and my credit card kept declining for "fraud." Like I get it was a higher purchase than I normally make but I was still within my limit and after it declined the first time they sent me a text to verify if it was me and I said it was me. So then I tried again and it declined again. Like sis. When I'm buying tickets I'm usually on a race against the clock. It's not the time to start getting all weird. I'm glad there are built in protections but when I'm saying it's me... Let me purchase!!

 

I had to put gas in my car last night bc I literally had no gas to make it to work today. And it went down 10 cents. Also the last few times I didn’t need gas, it was below $4

Florida summers are so hot and humid that the "Cold water" setting comes out lukewarm. i don't even need to use hot water for showers during summer. Saves me some on my power bill at least.

I forget everything and it suckssss. If I don’t set a reminder on my phone I will forget. Had a coupon so thought ok I’ll go to the store after the movies bc it’s right by the theater. Set the coupon right where I would see it so I wouldn’t forget and I get to the theater and guess what! Forgot the fucking coupon! It expires today so guess I’m just not using it!

 

as a very forgetful person, I sympathize. it's truly awful to deal with and most people don't get it at all

 

Had tickets to see Joe Pera last weekend and somehow didn't look at my calander until the day after the show and missed it.

 

That I thought my tv remote was broken. I did every troubleshooting step and nothing. I ordered a replacement remote on Amazon for $10. My remote just randomly starts working again at like 10:30PM. I think it's too late to cancel my Amazon order.
