The lack of common sense that is the gen z I work with. Do they lack common sense along with being lazy af workers.
the (no pun intended but) biggest tiny thing that annoys me is when im moving something heavy and customers literally looks at me but stay in the way -- i try not to be rude but this thing is heavy, stopping my momentum is 1) hard and 2) regaining sucks so just acknowledge that and step to the side lol
Think I'm going to go to the dollar store and buy like 20 pairs of $1 headphones to start giving to people that have their phone speakers playing out loud at full volume.
Ordered a Coke Zero from Wendy's, got a root beer with no straw. Root beer is like the only soda that I hate
Hope you're diluting it with water and have some good ventilation! My ex practically gassed herself one time cleaning the shower with undiluted bleach, she was hacking a lung up for a couple days
Last night I couldn't figure out why my body wash wasn't lathering and it wasn't until I got out and went to bed that it hit me that I used conditioner instead of body wash
Just found out today that the garbage men in my area are on strike so nothing was taken this week. On one hand, fuck yeah. Fight for what you deserve. On the other hand, ah fuck. I have so much trash that needs to be picked up
I haven’t used my keurig in a minute so I decided to descale it so I can use it again. Now I can’t get it off descale mode
The main pair of headphones I wear have started falling apart - like the fabric around the speakers is tearing off and the fabrics is black so I keep freaking myself out by finding little schnibbles on the ground and thinking they’re bugs lol
Lmao not sure I've ever had that happen while still actively using the toilet, but it is annoying when it happens as you shift to wipe
Yeah there’s a toilet at my office that does exactly this and it drives me insane. I put something in front of the sensor to try to make it stop, but instead it only made it worse and started flushing even more
I've been in this office space for 2 years and I don't know if they changed something but this just started happening last week. I went to a different bathroom today and same problem. WTF?
ironically enough, I seem to encounter the opposite where the toilet doesn’t flush. I stand there mumbling, “come on come on!” while desperately trying to activate the sensor, knowing someone is right outside waiting to use the stall and I’m gonna look like an asshole leaving a terrible “gift” for them to immediately find
I know I posted about this not long ago, but the fact that I cannot access half the websites I need on Google chrome (for work related stuff) i tried using safari but it loads the page like how webpages looks back in the early internet days
The amount of mail I get for people that used to live at my address. Not exaggerating there are like upwards of 20 individuals that lived here at some point that just never updated their residence. And it’s not only their junk mail and debt collection notices we receive, it’ll be like important tax documents or checks too. It’s every day. I used to save some of it because for the first year or so we’d occasionally get a knock or letter on our door from an “apologetic” person asking if their lost wallet/ID or was returned here or if we’d seen some mail they were waiting on, admitting that our home is still their legal address. These days all of it gets shredded immediately, but it’s no less irritating. We’ve been here for 3 years, get it together people!
I feel like there should be some law against people using an address as their “legal” address that they don’t live at anymore, especially if you’re the home owner
