How expensive macadamia nuts are. You’re telling me a 10 oz bag of them from Target is more than twice as expensive as a 10 oz bag of almonds or cashews???

 

I spend way too much time as an adult contemplating the price of seeds and nuts tbh

 

I had speech class when I was in second grade because I couldn’t say my “s” sounds. But there are other random words I can’t say and they make no sense. Chinese, Japanese, bathing suit, hanger, and Saturday are some. My wife says my mom can’t say them either and I get my speech patterns from my mom and grandma. My grandma is worse though and my wife was convinced she had an accent when she first met her, but nope.

 

Forgetting to set my alarm on a day off from work. I like sleeping in on my time off, but I totally slept like 11 hours uninterrupted last night lol. Guess my body needed it.

 

My Amazon package was suppose to be delivered this weekend. But after I completed the order all the sudden it’s the end of July to early August. Wtf Amazon

 

Amazon has been really weird with shipping lately. Stuff that I would get for same-day or overnight is now 2-3 days or just really hard to come by

 

It's insane how every laundromat in town does not have AC, especially with the heat those large machines give off. It's super hot today and there's an estimated heat index of 105 tomorrow.

It’s such a huge difference in delivery time. 1 month when it said 5 days. My previous delivery was a couple days early which was nice.

 

Google chrome saying my connection isn’t secure and I can’t bypass it. I’m just trying to take my CE courses. It’s done this with a lot of other shit like when I was renewing my lease

 

That's kinda sketchy that site doesn't have properly secured certificates, but if it's trustworthy, you can usually type "thisisunsafe" in chrome to bypass it. Not in the address bar or a text field or anything, just when you're in that window. One word, all lowercase.

I do it in my job all the time when I'm running my team's application on my local machine instead of deployed out to the internet. Whoever maintains that site should really fix it from their end, though. Chrome is right to do that imo. If that's a site you log into, I would make sure it's with a password that isn't linked to any other important accounts that belong to you.

 

Last night I forgot to take my sleep meds but realized too late to take them. Except I should've just taken them late because it threw off my whole day and I was up all night and napped too much in the day and now I feel like I wasted my day off. It would be one thing if I was just randomly tired and my body needed rest but I'm annoyed that it was my fault for not taking my sleep medication

 

I bought a bag of chocolate covered raspberry almond things and 3/4 of the bag is empty

 

What’s weird is I use chrome at my job and it works fine there. Just not on my laptop. I clicked allow anyway. It’s done it when I paid my energy bill, which never had an issue before. It might be something with my home internet because some things I cannot even do from my phone WiFi or not

 

Ohh ok that is weird! The example I gave was more for when Chrome doesn't even have an allow anyways button. Not sure about that one

 

I was eventually able to figure it out. It’s just annoying that I feel like I can’t do anything. I couldn’t even do telehealth appts because for some reason it wasn’t allowing camera or mic despite me allowing those settings

 

The new Blur documentary is finally being screened in the U.S., but it’s one night only in select theaters and the closest theater playing it near me is more than an hour away

At my grandma’s physical therapy and
there’s a guy in the waiting room in a shirt that has a skeleton holding an American flag and its says in huge letters PROUD WHITE AMERICAN. A lot of the workers in the office are black. This is so awkward.
