When a business doesn’t have their address (or really any of their info) on their Instagram bio.

Got an ad for a good-looking coffee shop on Instagram today. Went to their profile and didn’t have a single clue where they were located. Only to go to their website and find they’re in San Antonio, TX? Why am I getting an ad for something that far. I’ve never even been to Texas…

 

Showed up to my desk at work today and someone legit stole the cable to my laptop's docking station lol

I ended up stealing a cable from someone else who isn't in yet for the day, shhhhh.

But yeah idk why that happened... Kinda need that to use my monitors

 

its gonna rain again this entire weekend while most of my week in the office was once again gorgeous and sunny

 

My neighbor’s tree is half dead but they won’t cut it down. Now a limb went through my garage roof and I have a hole about the size of a baseball and water is pouring in. I’m never going to have a savings account lol it’s truly never ending!!

 

Damn that's insane, I'm sorry! I feel like your neighbor should pay for that tbh

Idk how it is in other states but apparently here they only have to pay if I can prove there was negligence on their part and they knew damage could occur. Plus it fell when it was windy so that’s considered “an act of god” which means my insurance has to pay. But I just had to raise my deductible to $2500 bc my rates went waaaay up and that was the only way I could keep it affordable so I’m stuck paying out of pocket.

 

Something else I’ll forever complain about is how filthy adults are. Communal laundry rooms: adults making a mess with laundry soap, not cleaning lint traps or they just drop the lint on the floor or put it on the folding table instead of the trash bin. Cmon. You’re an adult, and this is how you treat a communal space where others live

 

I religiously, almost obsessively, wash my hands every time I enter the house and use sanitizer each time I get in the car, plus all the random times throughout the day. All the boomer men in my family I’m pretty sure maybe only wash their hands once per year haha. Like, it disgusts me every time we eat together seeing my dad go from working outside, touching his face, to touching his food. My standards might be high for cleanliness but holy shit I agree so many people are just dirty and gross.

 

I have to go to the laundromat because the people at my apartment complex close the front load washers after use so they all grow black mold inside them. Annoying af

 

Same with my apts. I feel like the laundromat isn’t much different. I did the laundromat thing for a bit and people put way too much detergent in the washers and it causes buildup and clothes don’t get cleaned right

 

Deleting a bunch of apps from your phone and having to reorganize all the apps on your home screen

I get so used to certain apps being certain places that when they get moved around, I get all thrown off

 

The perks of an Android device... No home screen icons automatically shifting
