I have more womens shoes than mens shoes honestly haha. I wear a size 11 in womens. Womens Ked style canvas shoes are cheaper and have fun color options. Mens canvas shoes are boring. I used to have pink ones, but I wore them out. I've also had floral print, Disney princess collage, red, neon green, blue plaid, and all sorts of other colors. Haha anyway... GET THE PINK NIKES! FUCK THE HATERS!

 

I would, but they aren’t in my size. I am a mens 13 and the largest size they have are a mens 8

I have a similar situation. There is a Vons only up the street from me and a Vons that’s 2 miles away from my place. The Vons that further from me has a great butcher section. So much great meat in stock that’s also super reasonably priced too. The Vons up the street, however, does not. So I have to drive a little further for better stuff

 

I guess that’s another tiny thing that annoys me. MY BIG FEET

I'm annoyed my feet are average sized. I'm shortish so people always assume they're smaller and then I have to be like nope. Other short ppl I know get to save money and buy kids shoes. Also kids shoes are usually fun and with sparkles. I'm sure it's harder to find like professional shoes but I want all my shoes to be sparkly so it's a bummer that only like half my shoes are sparkly.

 

when people say "all y'all." it's redundant.

 

They do have different connotations, from what I understand. Just “y’all” does refer to people collectively but can be used vaguely (e.g. asking a barista, “Do y’all have almond milk?”) while “all y’all” is used to put emphasis on every individual in the group being addressed

 

Then how do you inform someone that it's a sabotage

actually, i'm still annoyed by it haha. if someone said "hey, can i have one of all y'all's chicken nuggets?" that is inexcusable. just say "your"...

 

Language doesnt have logical rules, it has cultural variations. If you dont like the way someone talks be direct and attack their bad culture, or dont because yall all know ya shouldnt do that.

I had groceries delivered this morning and a can arrived heavily dented. I phoned customer service who offered to have a replacement sent and said they'd put a note for the shopper to check for dents to ensure it wouldn't happen again. The replacement was also dented

I went to a Zumiez warehouse sale this week and thought I scored on a pair of jeans and some shorts. I went home to to try them on and

1. The jeans didn’t have a button on them

2. One pair of shorts also didn’t have a button

3. The zipper on the other pair of shorts broke as I was trying them on

At least the shoes I got were cool…

 

This weather is miserable and I’m sick of it. I’m cold 24/7 bc I’m poor so can’t turn my heat up like I’d like to. It’s gonna be in the negatives for the next 3 days. I was gonna go to the movies tonight but now we have a winter weather advisory bc of snow so now I get to sit inside another day. I just wish I could move and not deal with winter anymore. It getting dark early is bad enough for my depression but the cold makes it even worse.
