I love fall. I love winter. We’re currently entering my favorite time of the year…

…but I could do without the seasons making my hands dry to the point that they crack and bleed

 

I have terrible skin, but I have fortunately never had to deal with that

I even wear moisture gloves during the winter too. That’s how bad it gets

 

Faucets that are way too close to the side of the sink. How the hell am I supposed to wash my hands in that?

 

I realized that expensive wireless earbuds are mostly a scam. I lost one of my $200+ Galaxy Buds and replaced them with cheap $20 earbuds from Amazon and these work in some ways better. Volume is more balanced, charges quicker, holds a charge longer.

 

I can always tell who is going take 100 years at the pharmacy when I just need to pick up a prescription real quick and the way I die inside when they just barely beat me to the line

 

I think that's true for regular buds, but there are definitely benefits to "pro" models of buds with good clarity and ANC

 

People who are mean for no reason. Trying to find a new dr and the office I called the receptionist was so mean I got off the phone and cried. I get it’s stressful and I’m sure a hard job, but no need to yell at me when I’m being polite and just trying to schedule an appointment!!

 

Yep. Everyone has bad days and I understand that, but unless you're dealing with an asshole, your job is literally customer service and the LEAST you can do is not be mean. I'm sorry that happened to you, I've had that exact experience when looking for a psychiatrist and it put me off of calling places for a full week. I say this all as someone who almost ALWAYS sides with customer service workers over customers

Took my car in bc it was making a noise and now I have no money left in my savings account so that’s great!! Hopefully nothing breaks at my house!! Every winter I pray my furnace lasts another year so I can save up money for a new one (it’s over 30 years old) and every year something else breaks and wipes out my savings.

 

Dickhead uber driver started cursing me out as i left his car. When i politely asked what i i did to piss him off he didnt reply. Just "fuck you" and "get the fuck outta here"

I assumed i might have shut his door too hard and immediatly apologized and he just stared at me. If so my bad but you still don't do that.

Maybe he is used to people tipping him before they leave the car (i always tip and review after)
