I miss the days when a Blu-ray players wasn’t connected to the internet and needed a fucking 35-minute update before I watch a 90 minute movie. Ahh the good old days...

When something gets shoved up under your fingernail and you can’t get all of it out so you just have a tiny piece in there for days and it hurts constantly.

 

currently it’s an Xbox something or other. (Xbox One I think?)

part of it is my fault. I rarely use the thing so I get that it hasn’t been updated / turned on in six months but still.

I also used to have an old Sony or Samsung that claimed it needed to be online all the time that caused issues too.

I just miss the days of turning something on and immediately being able to use it.
