How expensive tea is at restaurants/coffee stands. Im talking your basic tea. The markup is wild. Charging like $5 for a basic cup of tea with nothing else?? Espesh if they're just serving like your run of the mill flavors where you can get a whole box of 15-20 bags for like $7-10. I get if it's specialty or they make their own tea from herbs or it's a latte situation with additions. But just leaf water???

 

I’ve really been into plain, iced teas lately with the hot weather and was pretty surprised at how similar they are in price to coffee. Coffee is just getting so expensive (but I still get it because I fuckin’ love coffee and wanna support local)

 

Currently sick and can’t watch anything funny because if I do, every laugh will come with a cough and shatter my weak little body to pieces right now

 

I'm sick too but really the only symptom I still have is the sore/ scratchy throat and it is so annoying. I need to talk a lot for work so today was a struggle. I had to testify in court and would be fine for a bit but then the scratchiness would return and I'd keep coughing ugggh

I wanted to try to go to the gaslight anthem and Joyce Manor show this week but I GUESS NOT AT THIS RATE

 

And yada yada I know I shouldn't work when I'm having sick symptoms but also the one terrible thing about my immune system is that I do not get sick frequently but when I do get sick the symptoms linger forever. So unless I take like 3 weeks off of work this is where we're at smh. At least wearing masks is more normal since covid

 

Sore throat is bar none my least favorite/the most annoying sick symptom

 

I was just in line to buy a movie ticket at 11:50. A guy in front of me bought a ticket for a show at 11:30. I can’t even comprehend that.

 

Now he’s in line behind me for concessions and it’s super long. What a psychopath.

 

I accidentally left my coffee at home this morning when I left for work. I hit up Starbucks because I have a birthday free drink. I roll up, and my birthday reward is nowhere to be found on my app…

 

Weird guy in the office I frequently post about was just asked what he thinks of Kamala Harris (annoying question in an office) and all he could come up with was “I hate her laugh.”
