Relatable. I got a $3 raise a few months ago but now i now longer qualify for my low income energy bill assistance. It saved me like $20. I don’t feel like I’m taking home more money. My paychecks are staying the same. If I didn’t downgraded my med insurance (it would have gone up $60 a month) my paychecks would be even less and a single paycheck doesn’t even cover my rent
When people are consistently late. I've even made jokes about it to give them shit but they're just always late lol
My coffee machine has that "you need to clean" light on. I just ran through descaling solution twice and the light is still on.
It did it 4 times and still. I am going to have to give this thing the full apple cider vinegar treatment
That's why I eventually just got rid of my humidifier lol. Knew I am not responsible enough to put forth the effort to make the "clean it" light go off
Check the needle area where the pod goes. Something is stuck in there that’s not cleaning out. This happened to me and I had to take a tooth pick I think and get inside it. YouTube i believe helped me
I just had a really hard time finding bean sprouts today lol but I do generally find that my store has things in places you wouldn’t expect.
my local store is somewhat small but they do often reorganize things for seemingly no reason. They recently moved the breads farther away from the other baked goods/on the opposite side of the produce.
Someone tampered with the wash machines in the communal laundry near me by putting fabric softener or some other sus liquid in that portion of the dispenser preventing people from using it. The office is closed so it’s not like I can notify the staff. I had to use the other laundry room which has poor ventilation so that the windowed door is all fogged up
Also I just started getting my nails done. Like most basic cheap tier of manicure they offer and it still feels like a huge luxury for me. I started following the nail tech on social media and she doesn't like demand or insist upon it, but def reposts things that are nice to do for your nail person like bring them a coffee or buy them breakfast and I'm like ummmm... sis what? I'm paying for this luxury thing already and I give a tip and now we're normalizing buying you treats also? At the least she seems to often knock off some of the cost of service if u do, but it's odd to me. I feel like I'm not in the inner circle because I'm not doing that unless we develop a friendship rapport idk.
I am quitting cigs right now. My biggest annoyance right now: I want to smoke a cigarette. Also it sucks because the first cig after days of not smoking is one of the best Nicotine highs you ever had, and it makes you want one even more the longer you go.
