Went and saw a movie today and it was a completely empty theater except one other couple and they chose the seats right beside me. Who the hell does that??? I ended up getting up and moving bc it was so weird lol I get maybe they didn’t pay attention when they bought the tickets but it’s an empty theater! You can just sit somewhere else instead!

You are right. My assumption is all of Microsoft Office did (barely used Word or PowerPoint this week but recall Word looking funny to me). I’m sure in a week I’ll be used to it but for now, annoying.

Speaking of software, people at work who use Macs have to blow up any file to like 250% to see anything but for the rest of us when we open it on anything but a Mac then we gotta immediately scale it back down to 100-150% to see more than like 4-5 words or rows at a time and then back and forth we go with Mac users scaling up and then the rest of us scale back down.

My right knee cracks all the time. I have to crack my knee once every 10 minutes or so. More when I am tired. It's been this way since I was teenager. Never got it checked out. I don't know what it is. It doesn't hurt, its just annoying.

being unknowingly exposed to covid. we had it in mid-december, so we probably still have some immunity? but my wife was miserable the first time around and I'll feel just horrible if I brought it home to her. she is immunocompromised, so it took a lot longer for her to get better.

I left positive feedback for a target employee on their app but I wasn't able to catch the employee's name. The shift lead's message response to me was like "If you remember their name please tell us so we can praise them directly" like... idk I told you what time it happened and that she was at self checkout and then took the customer to customer service and I gave very specific details of the interaction I observed like.... why don't you ask around or look at surveillance or all the cameras on the self checkout registers and figure it out and praise them appropriately yourself???

Taxes!! I shouldn’t have to pay to get this shit done! I normally just do a free online one but I moved and knew I was going to owe city taxes so had to pay someone. It’s a waste of time and money when the government already knows all my information anyway!!

The fact that I can never make some foods right. I bought these frozen potatoes O’Brien and no matter if I follow the instructions, I can never get them golden brown. The bottom of the pan always burns no matter what type of pan I use and the food sticks. Like idk what I’m doing wrong every time. Thinking about using my instant pot but I have such a small countertop space, it’s a hassle to set up and clean
