found a mouse in my apartment the other day, my cat was going crazy.

 

One time I stepped on a dead mouse that my cat left for me on our carpeted floor. Only noticed because my sock got wet. Cats are fucked up man

When I want to support small businesses but they make it actively difficult and are like plz support us we just had our safe stolen BTW we're open 2 days a week for 1 hour except on the full moon except if it falls on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and BTW we're not going to have any sort of online or social media presence for you to verify any of this because we think a Facebook post from 2019 saying we're closed the week of Christmas should cover all our bases. Good luck!

 

The no social media or website at all is what kills me. I want to support local restaurants but when I can’t find a menu online I give up.

 

Ugh yes or when I find a blurry menu picture that looks like someone took it in a cave and I'm trying to zoom in and read it. As someone with a dietary restriction I wanna know if I can actually eat at the place before I go!

 

just call and have them tell you every item on the menu in great detail

the worst is when it has a menu but no prices sociopathic shit

 

No food is worth having to guess the prices.

Business operating hours are also so bad where I live these days. Nearly everything is closed at 8-9 in the off season even on weekends, unless I go to the city an hour away. Doesn't help I live in the state with the oldest population in the country.

Not totally sure if you were talking about me but much better than I have been, thanks! I was doing stupid shit that I have since stopped, and am on a med that has given me a normal heart rate and blood pressure for the first time in a solid year or two, so feeling energized. I like.. actually have motivation for doing stuff all of a sudden.. my health issues kinda took away all desire to do any of my hobbies or not half ass my job.

I know I’ve complained about this before but people who don’t pick up their dogs like of shit. I live in apartment and there’s always shit on this grass area my parking spot is by. Grown ass adults don’t pick up after their dog. If you can’t pick up after your pet. Don’t get one.

My apartments raised the price on washer and dryer. Washers that brake all the time and are nasty and full of build up because people put too much soap.

Some personal faves regarding the topic:

PDF menu mentions desserts / options for gluten free bread/buns but doesn’t show that on the menu or the ordering part of the site. No mention of gluten free anywhere on the ordering part of the site but when I call and ask they say yes (who knows if it actually is maybe they just said yes lol)

Each section is in very random order. Can you not just put all the sauces / drinks or whatever in alpha order?

Way too busy / unnecessary text. Instead of having a list of things and then a drop down for size options, they list out the full item name again followed by the size info and they mix this in with the issue above so it’s not in any logical order. Oh, you want the “20 piece wings” dish? Well, I hope you see it 12 spots after “10 piece wings” dish!

When you do call or can order online it gives you mandatory options to select as a side but this isn’t mentioned on the menu, requires you to select an option even if you don’t want one and only some items have mandatory options and may have different ones for… reasons

 

Went to a basketball game with a friend today. There was someone in our seats, but it wasn’t very crowded so we just grabbed a random spot nearby. Later the cheerleaders came out and threw t-shirts in to the crowd and one went right to where we were sitting. I never the free stuff lol.

 

I've tried to change my Twitter pfp on two separate occasions and it never sticks. Whole site feels broken.
