Mine went up by $500 when my place was bought by a new company and I re-signed last year. Went from $800 to $1300 overnight.

The sad thing is everywhere around here went up, and my apartment is still one of the cheapest in my area despite being the the price of what an expensive 1b1b was 4 years ago.

 

I feel like the girl that works the desk at my work still doesn’t know how to do some things she should by now being there almost a year. I know how to do some stuff I was never trained on that she doesn’t know how to do, but is actually her duty. It’s annoying.

Lol, a very niche kind of problem but every office has someone like that so I get it
