Beer can sizes at concerts and sports. I swear this only changed in the last year or so, but I feel like it’s rare to go to a game or show now and have canned beer on offer that’s not 24oz. I don’t want two beers in one. They always get warm and gross at the end. Just give me a 12 or even 16oz can!
Cannot wait until I just get the keys and this whole house buying process is over!! The sellers just keep screwing me over again and again. They finally agreed to sign the papers but only if I gave them a week after closing to move their stuff bc they STILL have not moved it. I agreed bc I just want the damn house already. So we had to get an extension on the loan and thankfully my lender gave me until March 1st to close free of charge. But since the sellers want as long as possible to move their shit, they waited until the last possible day for them to sign the papers. So now I am stressed the fuck out bc that gives me today and tomorrow to get everything done bc everything needs to be signed before the 1st. I work 8-5 and everything is open 8-5 so I have 2 lunch breaks to get everything done. Seriously hate the sellers so much. SO MUCH!! The house has been empty since APRIL!! Just move the 4 fucking items already!!!
Getting new neighbors after your complex has been gentrified. I miss my old shady ass neighbors. You know why I prefer to live next to someone doing dirt? 1) if you don't snitch on them they won't snitch on you 2) if you come correct and respectable they will reciprocate 3) They can soak up all the negative attention from the landlord and other neighbors so none of it gets on you.
