I don't often encounter employees who are overtly rude but sometimes they don't acknowledge my existence for a while and as someone who is very awkward I hate when that happens. Usually it's a few workers who seem like they're friends and they just continue their conversation when I walk up or they keep looking at their phone or something
I worked a ton of retail and some days it does feel like the worst job in the world (the holidays) but I also know that if you’re rude to someone doing any kind of job/service for you it will affect their performance consciously or not. I’ve learned to just operate under the “they’re a person, treat them as a person”. With that said, if I’m being kind to you and you continue to be a dick, I can only go so long without doing the same.
I literally just remembered I’m missing a pair of scrub pants that I haven’t seen in a hot minute and don’t remember what happened to them. I’m certain they didnt get worn out
I do new excercise videos a lot because I get bored of the same ones super easily, with a few exceptions. I pick out ones that look decent from creators I enjoy typically and skim the video and read the description to see if it's up my alley and generally pick well, but once in a while I'll pick a sucky one and not realize it sucks until like halfway through and I get SO cranky lol. One was a HIIT one and it was so bad they had such long breaks between excercises or would spend so much time talking my heart rate would go to below zone. I started trying to move around during those times when I noticed but it made me so cranky I just got mad and ended it. It's the principle. You're a HIIT video so keep my heart rate up please!! Then I throw a tantrum like a lil kid and don't wanna excercise anymore lol and then I get mad at myself for not getting a good workout
Working a crazy 12 hour day only to come back to a hotel room and know that you’re doing it all again tomorrow
Had bad brain yesterday after a long day of work and caught the wrong bus. 27 instead of 26. Not the biggest deal, but non-work time is so precious and fleeting that all I could think about was how I lost an hour of my evening. Then I got dropped off in a different location to catch the 26, but because I was unfamiliar with the spot, waited on the wrong corner. Ended up rage-calling an Uber because I didn't want to walk the two miles in like 15 degree weather. Got home about an hour and a half later than usual. I'm doing better today, but boy, I was stewing last night
insurance companies are starting to stop giving policies on my car model since its one of the ones susceptible to the usb hack. can someone come jack my ride and knock me out
I think I agree but can you delineate what you mean a little more? like when you can tell it's fake as fuck? because that drives me crazy too
Exactly that, usually in a work setting. Like when you can just tell someone is saying positive things but don’t really mean it. The everything is always sunshine and roses types.
