matched with a Facebook friend of mine that I've long had an affinity for and realized she deleted me mixed signals to the max but I think she did have some shitty possessive ex so we shall see why she did guess the silver lining is knowing she is into me too tho
I'm usually the first one in my office for about an hour or so, and I'll usually just listen to a podcast out loud at my desk today though, other people are here, and I'm sure as soon as I put headphones in they'll want to chat
Also our secretary has only been here for six months or so but she's putting in her two weeks today and it sucks because I def want her to be happy but she's one of the only people my age here who I actually connected with and could spend time with outside of work. edit: not annoyed, just a bummer I guess
One of my old coworkers would say 100% a lot. Haven't heard other people do that before, though. Didn't know it was such a widespread thing.
I suppose I’m particularly sour because I do love reading and it’s a very special thing to me, so seeing people make it about user engagement and gaining followers and sponcon seems especially soulless.
Currently reading Little Constructions by Anna Burns (and Owning It by Caroline Foran bc I’m pop psych trash)
