nah haha discovered and binged the hell out that channel a while back. my favorite one was the florida guy swallowing the roaches

 

this is spot on. The city (sorry, “village”) where I work is filled with people and businesses desperately trying to be like the cold weather midwest version of Latina Beach or whatever fancy ass city.

One of my favorite experiences was when they tried to set up a 5K run/walk in DECEMBER in WISCONSIN and they were charging $65 a person. For a 5K. For reference, I’ve run marathons where the entrance fee is $35. Hell, there are some small scale cool trail running events that are 30-50 miles and they cost maybe $50. There’s no reason any 5K should be $65 but “because of the location” they thought they would get away with and within two weeks the entire event was cancelled because of backlash

 

I like warm white lights. Like I love this!

 

I also prefer white lights, super colorful ones can be cool but they often feel too busy for my liking

 

When I think I see someone I know in public but it turns out it’s not them and the person caught me staring so then I’m just a weirdo locking eyes with a stranger

 

idk about anyone else but i wheeze laughing about the couple times when i was a kid and i mistook random dudes for my dad

 

yeah I have a memory of mistaking another woman for my mom when I was a kid, because I was deposited at the magazine/comic stand at the grocery store a lot lol

 

This laundry mat near me has the number of “loads” on the machine and I swear their version is less than what an actual load of laundry is. Anyway they also don’t allow the extra rinse option. Like it’s there but you can’t select it

I don't even know what kind of content he does, but for some reason Youtube seems to be pushing him on me HARD despite never watching any of his stuff.

Not tik tok showing me all the people that have me in their contacts. Therefore, I went and deleted some people I don’t talk to anymore out of my contacts in case I show up. Some people I have no idea who they are and one guy being someone I went on a date with almost 10 years ago

 

Me at the laundromat early and wondering if I used too little soap (I use 2 tbsp that’s recommended), and see all these people with really sudsy water wondering if they use too much like a lot of people do bc my water isn’t as sudsy (I googled this online and it said one way to tell if too much soap is used is really sudsy water)

Edit: also witnessing people over stuff the washer and me wondering if they like dirty clothes like so they not realize their clothes aren’t getting cleaned that way

 

The fact that people on these forums apparently have lives so I don't get many notifications on weekends lmao

 

I can’t wear hoodies because I start sweating like crazy the second I put it on

 

I had to do a small load of laundry so I used my apt. I had to walk back and fourth from my apt to the washing room because 1, I didn’t have enough money on my wash card and had to get my debit card to refill. 2, the machine was giving me an error, 3 I had to walk back to get my laundry soap because I had to switch washers. Nearly 1600 in monthly rent and their machines can’t fucking work properly

also that disappearing keyboard glitch made me post this before I can finish typing
