yeah I’m a 14 ply guy.

 

Yeah single ply at work is partly why I love working from home heh

Feel this so much. And then I always wonder if it’s bothering my dog. It doesn’t seem like it does but feel so bad for the little guy if he’s listening to an alarm for 5 mins straight

 

Annoying lefthand turns. There's one by my work where there's a MAX stop on the corner and once in a while my green turn arrow will coincide with when people are getting off the train and even tho they have a don't cross symbol they all cross the street off the lil platform thing anyway and block cars from turning and sometimes only one car can make it through the light and it backs up traffic.

Likewise yesterday at another lefthand turn there was a semi trying to turn and he had to turn so slowly that it took up the entire green light and he was the only car that got through.

I just wanna go home people. Let me get to there!

 

That reminds me of a small intersection in my home city that I fear will make me “old man yells at cloud” one day.

Hard to explain but essentially the right turn lane has stop lights but the intersection doesn’t have any cross road/lane to get to that lane so why does the light exist??? Just have it be a yield sign if anything.

The annoying part is that besides the light, which sometimes is red, it can only fit like 1 normal size vehicle before it blocks the two normal lanes going straight. And there’s another stop light maybe 50 feet behind that intersection so you have cars that want to go straight blocked by two lights because of this super short right turn lane that has a red light for no reason because that turning road only has traffic going the direction of traffic so there’s nothing you need to stop and look out for.

 

When people post some stupid shit and caption it “iykyk”

 

Like someone just posted a picture of the most popular pizza place in Pittsburgh and captioned it “iykyk” like everyone knows!!! It’s everyone’s favorite place!!

Hulu STILL won’t fucking load

 

That I feel, it’s like someone in Oregon posting Voodoo donuts like they’re still obscure

 

There are sporadic moments HBO Max won’t load (using a FireStick). Sometimes I’ll finish watching something, and go to a different app and want to go back and it just sits on the main screen and won’t load for hours or days. Very baffling and never have the issue with the other apps, always just HBO Max.

 

Sorry to hear :( is that the case for every device you own? Mine's working, but I know sometimes outages can be isolated to different regions of the country

 

I got it to work finally. I hookup my MacBook to my tv since my tv doesn’t have the Hulu app (when I bought it years ago I didn’t have Hulu and didn’t plan on ever getting it, so didn’t care to not have the app)

 

Realizing another summer and fall are lost to time and grumbling that I didn’t do enough in those enjoyable months to make the most of the weather.

Every year I say, “I’m gonna enjoy it more than last year!” and try to do so but always enter winter wishing I had enjoyed the good weather more.

I live in Wisconsin so I get like, maybe 60 good days of weather a year it seems lol
