    Not usually a middle of the night thing, but I've been waking up with insane anxiety about once a week and immediately having to do breathing exercises. Taking a Klonopin at 6:45am isn't exactly ideal for the work day

    I have an apartment gym that is just a minute or two walk from my apartment but today I got all the way to the gym before realizing I forgot my phone and omg the rage I felt having to walk back home to get it for my music even tho it was a super short walk

    My throats still feels a little weird, not sore but maybe kind of swollen? Other than that, totally fine. It’s a mystery!

    Sometimes if I've been drinking and I roll over onto my back while sleeping, I'll start snoring and wake up with a swollen uvula. Super annoying lol
